12. When starting up, you must turn on the cooling spray in time. It is forbidden to turn on the cooling spray.

13. The driver must control the cut surface of the roadway to prevent cutting and cutting.

14. There are special personnel to monitor cables and water pipes, and must not withstand tensions other than their own weight to prevent cables, water pipes from pulling off, pulling and being crushed.

15. The internal and external spray must be used when the roadheader is working. The internal spray water pressure should not be less than 3Mpa, and the external spray water pressure should not be less than 1.5Mpa.

16. When repairing the roadheader, other personnel are strictly prohibited from staying or working under the cutting arm and the transfer bridge.

17. Operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures. Check the mechanical status before starting the machine. Pay attention to the operation during cutting. If the fault is found, stop it immediately.

18. Before cutting, test the cutting head and the teeth, and check the mechanical wear and the missing picks at any time, and replace them in time.

19. The oil pump is not allowed to cut coal for less than 1 minute. No water cooling or dust-free measures are allowed.

20. Before the operation, it is necessary to check the power on condition and whether the communication signal is sensitive and reliable.

21. Before the main unit is turned on, the working signal must be issued first, and the machine should be checked for abnormal sound. The important parts must be inspected in time. The humidity of the motor reducer does not exceed 75 °C.

22. When inspecting the slipper, the shovel, the claws, etc., the cutting head must be lifted up and ground with a mallet to cut off the power supply and work under the safety condition.

23. When the roadheader stops working, overhauls, and shifts, the head of the roadheader must be grounded, and the power switch on the roadheader and the disconnector of the magnetic starter must be disconnected. Transport the coal (rock) of the scraper conveyor and the transfer machine clean.

24. Temporary shutdown in the shift. The driver must not leave the post without breaking the electrical control loop switch.
